ABOUT US
The Villas at Branson Hills is a community of 18 quadraplex and duplex
buildings located off Branson Hills Parkway, Branson, Missouri. Most of
the 70 homes are owned and occupied by full-time residents. Short-term
rentals are not permitted. There are no age restrictions for Owners,
although virtually all current residents are in the 55+ age range and
reflect the retirement population of the Branson area. Owners of all
ethnic and cultural backgrounds are welcome. We follow all
nondiscrimination laws.
Our condominium association (the COA) is managed by a Board of
Directors with input and help from all residents. The Board consists
of three elected members, a president, a treasurer, and a secretary,
who serve three-year terms. There are currently two appointed,
non-voting board members. According to our By-laws: “The Association
shall be a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the
Missouri Nonprofit Act.” The Board manages maintenance and financial

We love volunteers! Everyone who moves into our community brings
a wealth of expertise, experience and talent. Each one is invited to
volunteer at any level, from simply helping neighbors to serving on the
Executive Board. Our Helping Hands Committee gives assistance to
community members by performing odd jobs that save Owners time
and money. The Social and Hospitality Committee plans events such as
our annual Christmas party, barbecues, and game gatherings. The
Budget Committee works with the treasurer to review annual income
and expenses and changes to the budget. Outside of established
committees, individuals generously share time and talents to keep our
community one of the premier condominium neighborhoods in the
Ozarks.
